Our flagship product, OrgBrain, provides a secure, LLM-agnostic environment that enables multinational enterprises to harness the rapidly expanding landscape of cutting-edge AI models while maintaining complete data sovereignty.
OrgBrain unlocks organizational intelligence by vectorizing internal file repositories—including SharePoint and similar platforms—making institutional knowledge instantly accessible and searchable. Users can seamlessly integrate this proprietary information with external web data, all while maintaining strict privacy and security standards. The platform's model-agnostic architecture ensures businesses aren't locked into a single AI provider, giving them the flexibility to leverage the best tools for each task.
OrgBrain brings innovation to the table at every step of a user's journey, including the custom onboarding process we created to give users flexibility over their agent’s characteristics and demeanor. Already completed designs will push this to another level, allowing full customization over an animated avatar once dev complete.
The platform offers advanced skills like proposal writing which can be fine-tuned to an individual organization to dramatically speed up tasks which they take on regularly. As an example; one of our first customers was able to severely reduce their time to create and ship proposals. We were able to take a process that originally took 9 people approximately 4-6 weeks and reduce it to 3 people in under a week. As it improves through learning, that is likely to be reduced to as little as a single day. They have stated this will save them approximately $15 million dollars this year alone.
