Birthed as a side project in 2024, Sphere has set out to revolutionize security and access in the world of AI. Our primary product known as OrgBrain is a secure environment that is LLM agnostic and offers multi-national businesses a tool that allows them to leverage the best of the quickly growing array of amazing models, while keeping their data local. OrgBrain also provides access and illumination of internal knowledge by vectorizing the companies internal file shares (such as Sharepoint) and allowing the user to combine this knowledge with data available from the web without losing privacy and security.
OrgBrain brings innovation to the table at every step of a user's journey, including the custom onboarding process we created to give users flexibility over their agent’s characteristics and demeanor. Already completed designs will push this to another level, allowing full customization over an animated avatar once dev complete.
The platform offers advanced skills like proposal writing which can be fine-tuned to an individual organization to dramatically speed up tasks which they take on regularly. As an example; one of our first customers was able to severely reduce their time to create and ship proposals. We were able to take a process that originally took 9 people approximately 4-6 weeks and reduce it to 3 people in under a week. As it improves through learning, that is likely to be reduced to as little as a single day. They have stated this will save them approximately $15 million dollars this year alone.

Partnering with Oracle, the announcement of our flagship offering earlier this year was attributed to a 7% increase in Oracle's value as relayed by Yahoo! Finance.
