Design Forum was a design firm that was comprised of half architects and half graphic designers. Architects would define the overall building structure while working in concert with the designers to create signage and visual interest. Working together we created unique real world experiences for brands such as Honda, Washington Mutual, Hyundai, Mazda, Nebraska Furniture Mart and AUDI to name a few. During my tenure I held two positions at the firm, as a production artist and full graphic designer.
As a production artist I would create highly detailed specification books for our clients which included context for implementation such as size, lighting, structure, and power requirements.

Working as a full designer, I was able to participate more in the initial creation of those experiences and enjoyed thinking in three dimensions. Below is an example of signage I created for Nebraska Furniture Mart, at the time the first of it's kind massive furniture store. To put it in perspective, their electronics department was approximately the size of a standard Best Buy today.
